Hung up on "Checking Application"

I was trying to update/upgrade the bootROM for my Polycom 330 using End Point Configuration Manager (Install Firmware). Was using version 3.1.3 which was a legacy from Trixbox. Installed the firmware, updated. restarted my phones and now it seems to get hung up on "Checking Application". I do have a backup Elastix system. I did download the latest and greatest from Polycom, placed it in the tftpboot folder. When I point my phone to that computer, I get an "Application Not Found" error. Not sure what is going on.

I actually got it working. Seems like the application/firmware that is downloaded via End Point Configuration Manage has issues and won't run correctly. Downloaded the updated application "sip.id" from Polycom and uploaded to the tftpboot directory. The problem with this that EPCM is looking for "sip_316.id" while the application from Polycom is labeled "sip.id". Just changed the name, re-upload and boom. everything is now working like it should.
